Francesco was born on March, 8th 1979.
He begins the study of the piano when he was five with S. Bertucci and then goes along with Antonio Porpora
Anastasio and, again, with Luigi Averna (Vitale's Tecnique Masterclass).
He attended the classical studies in Regio Conservatorio
di Napoli till the 8th year in a non persuaded way and being careful not to finish them.
Together with the calssical studies he
studies at the same time jazz piano with Francesco Nastro.

Pieranunzi, Franco D'Andrea and his Mentor, Charles Blenzig.
He studied arrangement and composition with Maestro Bruno Mazzotta.
Classical and Contemporary professional experiences:
While young and unconscious he had concerts for several different associations in and outside
from Italy as a classical concert musician, arranger and composer.
He toured for three times in Germany ('95'96'97) and, during
"Sontags Konzert", records for broadcasting television company ZDF some traditional
neapolitan songs revisited from him in a contemporary-jazz key.
In Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella of Naples he plays, during Christmas Concerts in '98 and '99,
a his own arrangement of F. Gruber's Silent Night
for jazz quartet, string orchestra, and treble voices and tenors choir.
He was composer-arranger/soloist/band leader with his septet for the "376 Festino of Santa Rosalia"
in Palermo made by Maestro Roberto De Simone and Goran Bregovic;
in this occasion he played music by Orlando Di Lasso and Claudio Monteverdi and solo piano with the actor Glauco Mauri.
In Palermo he also played with his septet in "Teatro Dello Spasimo".
In Bari several collaboration with the director Walter Proost, the
composer Maestro Roberto De simone and the local "Orchestra Della Provincia";
Populorum Progressio - "Dramatic Opera on Paulo VI's encyclical" with the actor Michele Placido.
"Sergio Endrigo - Cantastorie Chisciotte" - in this occasion he arranged for his trio plus orchestra
Sergio Endrigo's tunes and had the honour of perform with the Author his songs before he died.
In Munchen he was soloist of James Senese Group in "Requiem in loving memory of Pierpaolo Pasolini",
written by Roberto De Simone, with Media Aetas Group, Cagliari's Orchestra and treble voices.
Only in this occasion he was on stage with his brother Pierluigi and their father Virgilio Villani
(actor, singer, productor and Media Aetas Group Leader).
in 2007 he won the "Musica News Award", prestigious prize
won before by Marwin "Smitty" Smith, Robert Fripp, Trilok Gurtu, Kirk Lightsey, Paolo Fresu,
Stefano Bollani, Diane Schuur, Al Di Meola, John Arnold.
In 2008 he works with the writer Roberto Saviano, authouring and playing the scores of Gomorrah's audiobook
Anime (Just1 Records - Universo Records), his first CD as a soloist, is out in stores now and includes the audiobook's tracks plus
other original compositions and some piano arrangements of REM, Bruce Springsteen, Beck, Elliott Smith,
Nick Drake and Alex Britti
